Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best-known type of massage. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates other health benefits.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Tian Di Bamboo, which means heaven and earth, is for the client seeking a deeper tissue massage using heated bamboo sticks.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Massage is a type of therapy that is intended to help the body produce a free-flowing lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage therapy consists of a manual massage and primarily focuses on specific lymph nodes and points of the body, as well as the natural flow of the lymphatic system.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is highly recommended for the last 6-months of pregnancy (after the first 12 weeks). Pregnancy Massage is beneficial for both the mother and the child, adding much needed relaxation to the bodily stress that is often associated with carrying a child. Mothers who have pregnancy massage for the last 6 months before giving birth (along with their other Doctor recommended techniques) often experience decreased pain during child birth. This particular massage increases circulation, lowers blood pressure, and minimizes swelling in the ankles and feet of the pregnant mother. We offer 6 months of massage for only $49/massage.

Reflexology

Reflexology involves the physical act of applying pressure to the feet, hands or ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on what reflexologists’ claim to be a system of zones and reflex areas that they say reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a type of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation. Adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of deeper muscle relaxation and peace.
