Poikiloderma

Poikiloderma is a mottled skin discoloration that is a combination of skin atrophy, telangiectasia (fine red blood vessels), and dyschromia (both hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation). It is commonly found in the sun exposed areas of the neck and chest. It is best treated with IPLand medical grade skin care products. It is basically a combination of hyperpigmentation and Rosacea.
