Lines & Wrinkles
Facial lines and wrinkles occur with aging, sun exposure,
and tobacco abuse. Generalized facial lines can be
improved with Active
FX and Aluma bipolar
radio frequency with FACES technology. Deeper
facial lines may require Max FX treatment with the
Encore CO2 laser. Specific dynamic facial lines of
the glabellar area (root of the nose), transverse forehead
wrinkles, and crow’s feet are treated with BOTOX® Cosmetic (10).
Nasolabial lines, marionette lines, and perioral lines
can be treated with fillers such as Juvederm™.
It is important to realize that lasers, radio frequency
energy, BOTOX® Cosmetic, and Juvederm™ can only treat skin
lines and wrinkles. More severe excess skin require
