Poikiloderma

Poikiloderma is a mottled skin discoloration that is a combination of skin atrophy, telangiectasia (fine red blood vessels), and dyschromia (both hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation). It is commonly found in the sun exposed areas of the neck and chest. It is basically a combination of hyperpigmentation and Rosacea.

It is best treated with IPL (Intense Pulse Laser) treatments and medical-grade skin care products.
