Basically, BOTOX® will remove the facial lines or wrinkles from hyperdynamic muscle contractions such as forehead lines and crow’s feet.  Our Nurse Injector does more advanced techniques such as elevating the eyebrow, elevating the down turn lips, and reducing upper lip lines.

Juvéderm® XC reduces deep lines on the face such as the Smile lines (Parenthesis) or Nasolabial folds, Marionette lines, and Vertical lines. We only offer Juvéderm® XC rather than plain Juvéderm®, because Juvéderm® XC has Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, to take away the sting of injection.

Sculptra® Aesthetic is a collagen stimulator to reduce facial atrophy that causes many of the affects of facial aging. It lasts longer and can cover areas of the face rather than lines for a more profound result.  It also is mixed with local anesthesia to reduce any discomfort associated with the needle. Our Plastic Surgeons are part of a select group of physicians who are eligible to inject Sculptra®. This is one of ways that Truffles Medispa is set apart from other spas or medispas.
